Job Purpose:

To ensure all clinic facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained, safe, and in proper working condition to support smooth

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Attend to daily maintenance requests and troubleshoot breakdowns promptly. Ensure air-conditioning, lighting, water supply, and sanitation systems are functioning properly. Carry out preventive maintenance according to the schedule and report any abnormalities. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the

perkeso

premises and surroundings. Support in setting up equipment or furniture for

perkeso

operations when required. Record maintenance work, report completed tasks, and highlight issues requiring contractor attention. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and government facility standards. Monitor and manage tools, materials, and spare parts inventory. Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance. At least 1 year of working experience in maintenance or related field (clinic/hospital experience is an advantage). Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair works. Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently. Willing to work on standby or after office hours if required.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
