a) To responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
b) Responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
c) Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
d) To propose equipment, parts & materials to be used.
e) Does general repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, hanging shelves and etc.
f) Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.
g) Ready to travel from outlet to outlet (Must be discipline to obey and follow rules & regulation of company)
i) Responsible to check maintenance software
