Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently, contributing to a safe and productive environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers and electrical systems. Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. Read and interpret schematics to assist with troubleshooting and repairs. Oversee residential painting projects as required. Provide leadership and supervision to junior maintenance staff. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems. Proficiency in electrical experience, including the use of tools such as an ohmmeter. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and standards. Experience in supervising teams or projects effectively. Excellent communication skills in Chinese & English, both verbal and written. Customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring satisfaction during all interactions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
