Monitor and maintain the capability, reliability, and efficiency of production machines and equipment.
Perform regular preventive maintenance according to the established maintenance schedule.
Troubleshoot machine issues and malfunctions, and carry out emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
Identify and diagnose faulty or defective machine parts, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
Provide support to process and production teams in machine troubleshooting and improvement initiatives to enhance product yield and quality.
Assist in the setup, installation, and trial runs of new machines and equipment.
Ensure all maintenance records, checklists, and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance work area.
Monitor safety stock levels and ensure adequate availability of spare parts at all times.
