Job Description
Overall Job Responsibility
To maintain and minimize equipment breakdown & downtime. Maximize the equipment capabilities in achieving production targets, yields, quality issues. To validate and calibrate the equipment accordance to guideline given and performed weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly preventive maintenance. To have mechanical ability and familiarization with equipment and diagnostic procedures, as well as maintaining proficiency, as required.
Responsibilities
Performs repair and maintenance work on equipment, in accordance with time schedules as assigned by superior. Assemble, repair and maintain mechanical/electrical devices according to specifications. Performed and update Preventive Maintenance checklist. Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
Scope of Authority
To stop and down the production line if found any abnormalities on the production floor or equipment's To work with vendors on modification works and facilities works which are carried out in and out of the plan
Requirements
Education Level: Minimum Certificate or Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electrical/ Electronic engineering Working Experience: Minimum 1 years working experience in mechanical and machine maintenance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
