The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Perform scheduled/unscheduled preventive maintenance on plasma/thermal tools. Perform wafer recovery procedure when tools having alarm. Perform routine 5S task in plasma/thermal working areas. Withdraw and collect parts from store for schedule on preventive maintenance/non-schedule preventive maintenance. Support sub-FAB activities related to plasma tools (such as pump status checking, pump replacement, scrubber status check). Perform e-shipping request to ship out clean parts to cleaning facilities.

At least Diploma degree in engineering fields (Preferably in EE, Mechatronic, Mechanical) Min 1 year of front-end semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment working experience(plasma) is preferable. Basic vacuum system and RF system knowledge. Basic skills in SPC, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Words * Fluecy in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
