Job Description

:-

Carry out troubleshoot & repair of the breakdown machine as per when require. Perform machine preventive & predictive maintenance activities. Perform facilities check & repair as per when require. To do Service checklist, Repair Work Requisition, Repair Report, Machine Monitoring List, Predictive Maintenance Measurements . Check and ensure spare parts availability by monitoring the safety stock level. Responsible for organizing, signalling, the order and cleanliness of all under maintenance storage according to the 5S principles. To maintain and ensure proper documents filing system are in place. Knowledge about ISO/IATF requirement (such as ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001) To maintain or improve KPI's for maintenance department.
Minimum Requirement(s):-

Certificate / Diploma in any engineering. At least 1 year experience in related field. Can work rotation shift. Have experience for kaizen.
Required Skill(s):-

Machine trouble shooting and repairing. Knowledgeable on mechanical and electrical skill. Computer literate.
Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
