Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain injection moulding machines according to SOPs and production requirements. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection moulding machines and supporting equipment such as hopper dryers, compressors, die cut machines, HSDC (Hot Stamping/Secondary Equipment), and other auxiliary systems. Carry out machine setup, mould installation, calibration, and changeovers to meet production schedules. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in machines and equipment. Ensure machines are running efficiently with minimal scrap and downtime. Maintain accurate records of machine performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities. Work closely with engineers and production staff to resolve process or equipment issues. Adhere strictly to safety, health, and environmental standards while working on production equipment. Recommend improvements to equipment performance, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts management. Provide support and guidance to machine operators regarding basic troubleshooting and equipment care.

Job Requirements:

At least

2 years of experience in injection moulding machine maintenance

(manufacturing environment preferred). Strong technical knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with auxiliary/supporting equipment such as hopper dryers, compressors, die cutting machines, HSDC, and automation units. Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and respond to urgent breakdowns when necessary. Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledgeable in IATF 16949 will be an added advantage. Willing to work in Taman Mas, Puchong
