We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Maintenance Technician

to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building facilities and equipment. The candidate will ensure all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs. Support facility upkeep including lighting, doors, and general building repairs. Maintain maintenance records and report any safety or operational issues.

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Maintenance. Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance experience (facilities/building preferred). Able to work independently and respond to maintenance emergencies. Basic knowledge of safety and health practices.
