Ensure that a high standard and procedures of Health & Safety is achieved and maintained & continuously promote "See it, Own it" culture. Continuously seek to minimize machine down time and perform troubleshooting to properly identify causes of machine downtime. Continuously seek to improve machine reliability and improve spare part life in order to minimize maintenance cost. Plan and carry out improvements projects, to liaise with production executive, plant engineer, factory manager on projects for continued improvement all round. Knowledge and maintenance in PLC control. To execute maintenance works including troubleshooting, repairing, preventive maintenance, test run and servicing of plant machineries, equipment's and facilities. To make a routine check on machines and equipment to ensure machines and equipment are working in good condition. To troubleshoot and recommend a solution to electrical or electronics problems and if necessary, repair the fault. To carry out plan improvement projects, repairs, maintenance and fabrication work as part of continuous improvement activities with safety as a priority. Effectively carrying out the Preventive Maintenance Program (TPM) in collaboration with Production executive.

Requirements:

Carry out works to machineries to ensure minimum downtime and product quality in the absence of superiors. Resources shortages will affect every aspect of maintenance tasks and deadlines. Knowledge and experience in Electrical troubleshooting. Able to read electrical diagrams, PLC control. Good ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve problems systematically.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
