Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of machinery and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify machine breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule and maintain proper records.
Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and modification works.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and company policies.
Work closely with the production team to resolve machine-related issues.
Report abnormal equipment conditions and suggest improvement measures.
Requirement
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, transmission, pneumatic and hydraulic systems is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Willing to work shifts or overtime if required.
