1. Assist Engineers with the installation, maintenance and breakdown repair of technical equipment, including engineering, electrical, electronic and plant improvement projects

2. Carry out preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations

3. Maintain clear maintenance logs and reports

4. Monitor daily work and break down work to be carry out on a timely manner

5. Able to identify abnormalities happened within the plant and take corrective action accordingly

6. Ensure housekeeping and 5S are well maintained in the Engineering workshop and all the relevant workplaces

7. Directly involved in machinery repair, troubleshooting and rectification, part service, equipment overhaul, etc

8. Manage spare-part and support audit preparation

9. Records all job done, spare part utilize and recommendations (if applicable) on the job maintenance sheet and to submit all reports on the same day to Maintenance HOD

Job Requirements:

1. Min. qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/any related field

2. At least 2 years of experience in a Maintenance role

3. Strong hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical and mechatronic

4. Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills

5. Proficient in the use of maintenance tools and equipment

6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal

7. Able to work independently, collaboratively as part of a team and good time management

8. Able to interpret technical manuals, drawings and maintenance reports

9. Knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, single phase, three phase and electrical system is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
