Job responsibilities:

Make sure that all needed materials, tools, equipment (including manuals and books) for the day's (or shift's) "activities" are available and usable. To performs general cleaning, maintenance machine/equipment, troubleshoot and other tasks as per assigned. Ensure that appointed tasks for the day (T.T.D., things to do) and priorities is well understood before proceed to the work-area. All SAFETY Gadgets must be made available before proceeding to work-place (Helmet, goggles, gloves, safety shoes, ear piece, face mask (gas mask/ dust mask). Completeness of identified tools, gadgets and materials should be carried to avoid delays. Ensure to support other team members to perform daily activity as required. Make sure all Chemical and Spare Parts is available. Normally coordinate with other Technicians to discuss the details of machine/ equipment's downtime reasons. Records shall be utilized to make sure "history of activities", including diagnosis is written; Must always consult S.O.P.s (Standard Operating Procedures) and Manuals (and other written standards) whenever performing Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Shall always practice collaboration with fellow Production Engineer (and/ or, for some situations, Production Technicians) to practice "check and balance", and that activities done is well understood between them, so that mistakes are avoided; Ensure all records are updated, and information is checked as correct, such as date and time, remarks, signatures and other necessary information; Ensure that 5-S', Kaizen and other Manufacturing Improvement activities are carefully implemented and monitored; To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:

Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic & Electrical or Process Engineering or a related field We strongly encourage FRESH GRADUATE for this position. Or candidate with 1/2 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing of semiconductor industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and statistical process control techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Work as a team.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
