KONE Malaysia is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking a Major Project Technician to join our Service Maintenance team in Petaling Jaya. You will work in a small group of Field Service Specialists attending fault calls, completing escalator/elevator repairs, and servicing an allocated maintenance run. What will you be doing?

\xc2\xb7 Carry out any work that\'s related to lift maintenance.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed to ensure accuracy of customer notification.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

\xc2\xb7 Perform maintenance, repairs, and installation in collaboration with other Field Service Specialists.

\xc2\xb7 Manages daily workload with minimal assistance from Supervisor.

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication with all stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure safety at all times.

\xc2\xb7 Depending on seniority, you may be required to give training/coaching to persons nominated by the supervisor.

Are you the one?

\xc2\xb7 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in elevator and escalator industry is an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Have a basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Good customer relationship, service mindset, energetic, experiences in troubleshooting, team player, able to understand and follow instructions.

\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel.

\xc2\xb7 Possesses own transport and valid motorbike license.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Have a basis digital foundation skill to use KONE system and application via mobile phone for work purpose.
