Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross functional teams and service providers on pre-sales feasibility/cost analysis
- Complete operational activities on-time and update to Sales and Management
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide operational support for project deliveries
- Possess strong understanding of Custom Laws, Clearance procedures and HSN Classification with its regulatory requirements
- Review and improve the efficiency of existing processes and procedures
- Ensure operational activities are within budget
- Track and review performance of service providers (3PL warehouse, Customs brokers, Local transporters, Forwarders, etc)
- Review service providers invoices are in accordance with contract and work closely with AP for payment process
- Responsible for facility and related Health, Safety and Environment requirements
- Ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery requirements / expectations are fully understood and met
- Graduates with strong professional communication skills
- 5 or more years of proven success in Operations Management roles
- Knowledge in import and export laws and regulations
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding timelines
- Proactive, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Customer service oriented
- Fluent in written and spoken English preferred
