Job Description
- Candidates with experience in the frozen food industry or refrigeration equipment will be given preference
- Proficient in office software such as Word, PPT, etc.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of refrigeration systems, individual freezers, and electrical systems
- Solve hardware and software issues on-site for customers
- Provide product usage training to customers
- Willingness and ability to engage in cross-cultural collaboration and adapt flexibly to challenges from different cultures
- Hardworking and willing to accept short-term travel to countries such as India (20-30 days per trip)
