Main Responsibilities / Activities

• 
  Design the schematic diagram for the control of automated machines.

• Design, develop, modify, and specify the control systems.

• PLC programming and debug.

• Integration of third parties equipment into the machines.

• Liaise with supplier for components to be integrated into the system.

• Liaise with customer for all specification of control system.

• Coordinate and manage man power for the wiring of machine.

• Test run and debug the machines.

• Setup machines on site and carry out commissioning process.

• Production and release all documentation, instruction manuals, service manuals

• Hands on involvement will be needed during the setup stage.

• To guide and lead a small team of electrical technician and Sub contractor in handling large project.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 3-8 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience in Automation Field.
• Candidate must possess at lease a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Knowledge in PLC programming and control circuit is a must. Others knowledge of PC programming, various robot programming, vision system,HMI software etc. will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Windows and Office is a must. Knowledge of Eplan will be an added advantage
• Have experience of controls documentation and configuration/change management
• Experience in project management is an added advantage.
• Have knowledge of ISO quality systems and CE marking.
• Have a desire to operate in an environment of continuous improvement
• Be fluent English speaking and writing.
• Willingness to travel locally and oversea.
• Possess owns transport.
• Creative and possess good communication skill.
