REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATION

JOB DESCRIPTION I. The services shall include but not limited to the following:

Day-to-day operating of In-House Clinic or First Aid center.
Provide initial assessment of njuries & illness with appropriate reporting, reference party for further evaluation.
Render first aid treatment and dispensing medications for mild ailment cases.
Assist in implementation of health promotion strategies including campaign and health education activities
Assists in In-plant Doctor Session or Occupational Health Doctor Consultation
Facilitating case management.
Able to prepare Health Education material with Microsoft tools
Occupational Health and Wellness Program
