Description and Requirements
Job responsibilities -
- Scope: global VW countries covering different DC\'s / CFS locations
- Together with Sales / GAFM, decide which configs should be in stock and in which volumes
- Raising Build To Plan (BTP) orders in regional specific tools (e.g. in Europe: CFOC)
- Tracking the status of the BTP orders (ensure they are approved/built/shipped)
- Tracking / monitoring / reporting stock levels
- Raising issues / constraints as they arrive (stock levels, EOL issues)
- Considering EOL / transition timelines for system units and peripherals as advised by ISO Team
- Established communication channels / early warning / ad-hoc orders
- Collaborate in recurring governance process (ISO GAM Team - GSC - GPM - CFS - SSG)
- 1st point of Liaise is HQ GAFM / HQ ISR / CFS Intake Manager
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
