Job Responsibilities:Gather and analyse financial dataDetermine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costsAnalyses and explains variances between forecasts and actual resultsForecast financial results and tracking actuals for cost accounting linesAudit expenses and find ways to make operations more cost-efficientMonitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costsEstimate product costs for existing and new productsSuggest cost-reducing or profitable solutionsConduct market research to support future business planningPerform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risksWork with key stakeholders to identify project risks and track themPrepare reports such as costing report and inventory report to help management make better decisionsJob Requirements:Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalentMember of CIMA/ICAEW/MICPA/MIA/ACCA/CPAMinimum 3 to 5 years related working experience preferably in costing/analytics or account/auditing, etc.Prefer with experience in Agriculture, Manufacturing and Trading sectorFluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role is required to communicate with employees/vendorsKnowledgeable in use of Ms Office application, especially Excel, capability to handle large amount of data and with analytical skillsExcellent ability for problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimisationAbility to adapt to the needs of the company with various ad-hoc analysis skills
