Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse financial data
• Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
• Analyses and explains variances between forecasts and actual results
• Forecast financial results and tracking actuals for cost accounting lines
• Audit expenses and find ways to make operations more cost-efficient
• Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
• Estimate product costs for existing and new products
• Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions
• Conduct market research to support future business planning
• Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
• Work with key stakeholders to identify project risks and track them
• Prepare reports such as costing report and inventory report to help management make better decisions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent
• Member of CIMA/ICAEW/MICPA/MIA/ACCA/CPA
• Minimum 3 to 5 years related working experience preferably in costing/analytics or account/auditing, etc.
• Prefer with experience in Agriculture, Manufacturing and Trading sector
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role is required to communicate with employees/vendors
• Knowledgeable in use of Ms Office application, especially Excel, capability to handle large amount of data and with analytical skills
• Excellent ability for problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimisation
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the company with various ad-hoc analysis skills
