Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the department, including personnel allocation, task assignments, and resource management.
Motivate, cultivate, and manage team members to promote a good team cooperation and working atmosphere.
Ensure departmental policies and personnel regulations comply with company regulations and best practices.
Propose and implement improvement measures to enhance process efficiency and work quality.
Responsible for effective communication and coordination within and outside the department.
Regularly communicate with senior management and key stakeholders, reporting on departmental progress.
Participate in human resources planning, including recruiting, training, and developing talent within the department.
Conduct performance evaluations and feedback to ensure staff capability enhancement and continuous development.
Manage company assets and human resources.
Responsibilities
Bachelor\'s degree or above, preferably in fields such as management, business administration, human resources, or related disciplines.
Familiarity with Auto Count system is preferred.
Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay languages.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing teams and interacting with personnel at all levels.
Possess strategic thinking and business insight, able to achieve goals and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Willing to work overtime.
Performance excellence may lead to incentive bonuses.
