Job Description

Job requirement:-

Advantage candidate that have experience and knowledge on:-

• Coordinate and lead on Sustainability such as, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Sustainable Palm Index (SPI) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
• Coordinate the ISO 50001 (Energy Management System)

• Coordinate and implement sustainability initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate and communicate sustainability initiative/info to stakeholders
• Facilitate and coordinate collaboration with relevant internal and external parties
• Monitor sustainability performance and review sustainability matters
• Conduct gap analysis for continual improvement to the sustainability performance
• Ensuring that the Management System requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / Halal / Food Safety (HACCP)/ ISO 50001 Standards and Sustainability Development Goals
• Ensuring that the operational procedures are prepared, reviewed and approved in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / Halal / Food Safety (HACCP) / ISO 50001 Standards.
• Ensuring that the QHSE and Food Safety Management System as well as Responsible Care Program are well established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the management system standard.
• Ensuring that reports on the company's overall performance of the QHSE and Food Safety Management System as well as Responsible Care Program are presented in the top management review and used as a basis for continuous improvement of the management system.
• Reviewing the objectives and targets submitted by the Department Heads / Managers and submit to Managing Director for approval. The approved objectives and target will be monitor in management review meeting.
• Promoting awareness on sustainability throughout the organization.
• Closely liaise with Sales & Marketing Dept. in order providing necessary information to customers
