Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning, strategising and develop differentiated proposition, personalization and marketing initiatives to drive AUM and revenue growth of new and existing High Networth customers segment.
2. Work closely with business units to elevate products proposition includes new innovative or enhance existing products
3. Develop loyalty and customers engagement initiatives through curated lifestyle privileges, offers and events that suit the customers needs.
4. Identify opportunities to drive higher product penetration and top up to increase AUM by initiating targeted and personalized communications/campaigns
5. Work with sales team and wealth advisory to improve on customers\xe2\x80\x99 wealth planning and solutions.
6. Improve Preferred customer service journey and build continuous engagement throughout customer\xe2\x80\x99s lifecycle in collaboration with Group CX and Sales teams respectively
7. Maintain initiatives T&Cs, documentations, processes and operations to ensure compliance to all policies and BNM requirements
