About Our Client:
Our client provides full distribution service for Hong Kong & Macau, including but not limited to overseas trading, wholesale, brand new channel expansion, corporate purchase, staff offers, and e-commerce platform. They have strong sourcing power and different kinds of sales channels to become the connection between brands and end user.
Job Scope:
Project Daily Operation - support smooth execution of day-to-day project activities. This includes tracking orders, replying to customers inquiries, handling invoices, coordinating with warehouse/logistic team, monitoring e-commerce activities, etc.
Manager Secretary - provide administrative and secretarial support to the manager, and perform tasks assigned by the manager
Assist with Project Management - support the coordination of each project and monitor the project progress. This includes coordinate with cross-functional team to ensure project alignment, managing warehouse remaining stock, procurement, etc.
Assist with documents preparation as needed.
Conduct research & information collection as needed.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skill is a must; able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Attentive to details, good logical thinking skill. Able to work in an organized manner.
Possesses relevant working experience in project coordination, e-commerce, or distribution industry is a plus.
Flexible and adaptable to handle fast-paced, dynamic business operations.
