About Our Client
Our client provides full distribution service for Hong Kong & Macau, including but not limited to overseas trading, wholesale, brand new channel expansion, corporate purchase, staff offers, and e-commerce platform. They have strong sourcing power and different kinds of sales channels to become the connection between brands and end user.
Job Scope:
Project Operations
Support daily project operations, including order tracking, customer inquiries, invoice handling, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
Monitor and assist in e-commerce activities to ensure smooth business flow.
Managerial Support
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Manager.
Handle assigned tasks efficiently and maintain accurate documentation.
Project Coordination
Assist in coordinating and monitoring project progress.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
Manage procurement activities and monitor warehouse stock levels.
Documentation & Research
Prepare and organize project documents as required.
Conduct research and collect relevant information to support project planning and execution.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams.
Strong attention to detail, good logical thinking, and organized work habits.
Experience in project coordination, e-commerce, or distribution industry is an advantage.
Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic documentation tools.
