About Our Client


Our client provides full distribution service for Hong Kong & Macau, including but not limited to overseas trading, wholesale, brand new channel expansion, corporate purchase, staff offers, and e-commerce platform. They have strong sourcing power and different kinds of sales channels to become the connection between brands and end user.

Job Scope



Project Operations Support - Assist in the smooth execution of daily project activities, including order tracking, responding to customer inquiries, handling invoices, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and monitoring e-commerce operations. Managerial Assistance - Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Manager, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and efficient communication. Project Coordination - Support project planning and progress monitoring by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. Manage warehouse stock, assist with procurement, and follow up on project deliverables. Documentation Management - Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documents and reports. Research and Analysis - Conduct market or project-related research, data collection, and analysis as required to support decision-making.

Job Requirements



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and logical thinker. Experience in project coordination, e-commerce, or distribution is an advantage. Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,300.00 - RM6,700.00 per month
