About Our Client

Our client provides full distribution service for Hong Kong & Macau, including but not limited to overseas trading, wholesale, brand new channel expansion, corporate purchase, staff offers, and e-commerce platform. They have strong sourcing power and different kinds of sales channels to become the connection between brands and end user.

Job Scope:

Support daily project operations, including order tracking, customer inquiries, invoice handling, logistics coordination, and e-commerce monitoring. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Manager, including task coordination and documentation. Assist in project management activities such as progress tracking, cross-team coordination, stock monitoring, and procurement. Prepare reports and documents as required. Conduct research and gather relevant information to support project planning and execution.

Job Requirements:

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of logical problem-solving. Experience in project coordination, e-commerce, or distribution is an advantage. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM5,300.00 - RM6,700.00 per month
