Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sustainable facility management strategies for all of the Company?s development project with the aim of enhancing the value of the property and maintaining the Saradise?s brand experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setup and oversee the Facilities Management Department.
- Ensure that the FM strategies are develop and implement in compliance with latest regulatory requirements, policies and building codes.
- Facilitate the setting up of Joint Management Body (JMB) and Management Corporation (MC) according to Sarawak?s Strata Management Ordinance 2019, Strata (Management and Maintenance) Regulations 2022 and the Strata (Subsidiary Titles) Ordinance 2019.
- Manage and maintain the safety, cleanliness, landscape, security service, repair works, maintenance works and renovation works of overall township, Company properties including strata properties.
- Monitor and review all service contracts with contractors, vendors, suppliers and consultants for building maintenance, cleaning, security and safety and all related works.
- Produce and monitor financial operation of the project assigned including annual budget control, cost & expenses, collections, payment, billing, etc.
- Develop and maintain business relations with customer, prospects, supplier, contractor, etc.
- Carries out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- At least a recognized Diploma or Bachelor?s Degree in Real Estate Management, Building and Property Management, Valuation & Property Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years working experience as a Building Manager, preferably, in managing Strata Property.
- Good exposure in setup Facility Management team and tenant management.
- Good communication and customer service skill.
- A well-rounded team player.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Detail oriented and able to abide by deadlines with strong sense of responsibility.
- Keen interest in Sarawak culture, ecology and arts, and passion for meaningful property developments is a plus.
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
