Job Description
- This role is responsible for facility management services sourcing activity.
- This role required to manage tender, contracts and negotiation.
- Define yearly goals and estimate market price development
- Price negotiations for medium to large volumes to contribute the profitability of the company
- Source alternative procurement sources to minimize stock times, inventory levels and costs
- To prepare reports of monthly/quarterly results to control the measurable activities against the planned figure
- Facility activities experienced and contract management signing/negotiation
- Tender management activities
- Control the contractual agreements in order to prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies
- Bachelor Degree in engineering and technical field
- 5-7 years of experience in facility management activities as well as project management
- Supplier Management knowledge.
- Contract, Tender Management & Supply Chain management.
- Excellent communciation skills.
- PC skills : Basic Windows, Excel, Words and Power Point.
- Willing to work in Muar, Johor.
