To oversee the operations and maintenance of multi-storey buildings owned by Public Bank Group to ensure that they are in tenantable condition at all times
To ensure that all the maintenance contracts and the schedules/programmes are timely and properly executed by the contractors
To attend to repair/rectification/refurbishing works for the buildings as and when required including preparation of work specification, calling and evaluation of quotations/tenders, obtaining approval and execution of work with quality control
To assess and recommend any upgrading works to the buildings owned by the Group to ensure comfort and safety of the occupants
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Building & Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years in managing building facilities in similar capacity
\xe2\x80\x8bElectrical Chargeman (Medium Pressure/High Pressure) Certificate will be an added advantage
Good time management, analytical and problem solving skills
Possess leadership abilities to lead and manage teams and projects with minimum supervision
