Job Description

• To oversee the operations and maintenance of multi-storey buildings owned by Public Bank Group to ensure that they are in tenantable condition at all times
• To ensure that all the maintenance contracts and the schedules/programmes are timely and properly executed by the contractors
• To attend to repair/rectification/refurbishing works for the buildings as and when required including preparation of work specification, calling and evaluation of quotations/tenders, obtaining approval and execution of work with quality control
• To assess and recommend any upgrading works to the buildings owned by the Group to ensure comfort and safety of the occupants

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building & Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years in managing building facilities in similar capacity
• xe2x80x8bElectrical Chargeman (Medium Pressure/High Pressure) Certificate will be an added advantage
• Good time management, analytical and problem solving skills
• Possess leadership abilities to lead and manage teams and projects with minimum supervision
