Support Group Risk and CFCC COO & Group ABC & G&E teams in the execution of the functional strategy and agenda
Business
Build and maintain an effective and constructive relationship with all key business and functional stakeholders that is based on trust, capability and integrity, providing timely, responsive and quality responses to enable the Group Risk and CFCC COO & Group ABC / G&E teams to meet/ achieve their strategic & tactical objectives
Provide advice, analysis (and challenge when appropriate) in relation to the maintenance of the ABC Intermediary Register and documentation in the Intermediaries Packs.
Regular and diarised catch ups with all key business stakeholders
Processes
Establish and maintain effective processes (including training, advice and support) to ensure that policies, procedures and standards to address compliance risks are effectively implemented and adhered to.
Provide support and challenge to the Group Risk and CFCC COO & Group ABC / G&E teams to ensure that they establish and monitor appropriate processes for compliance with relevant policies, procedures and standards.
Gather, analyse and report data on relevant Risk & CFCC risks and control standards to inform any improvements to the existing control framework and procedures.
Review all documents provided by the Business or Function Requestor and EDD Report for a "High Risk Intermediaries"
Request Enhanced Due Diligence ("EDD") Report from the FCC i3 team.
Complete Intermediary Pack and complete and issue Executive Summary e-mails to ABC CoE
Add and update Intermediary records, as appropriate, in the Live Intermediary Register
Maintain the accuracy of the Intermediary Register
Confirm SCBuy profile is produced and that the profile matches the details in the Live Intermediary Register
Notify Business or Function Requestor that Intermediary has reached the Due Diligence Refresh Milestone
Monitor Low Risk Intermediary for the Due Diligence Refresh Milestone or Trigger Event
Support the Gift and Entertainment processes when required.

Risk Management
Apply as appropriate ABC policies and processes to manage risks
Ensure effective management of Risk and CFCC matters, and in collaboration with the rest of the COO team, effectively manage regulatory issues that have a significant impact on the Bank.
Provide reports to relevant Group and Business risk and control committees and management group on key compliance risks and issues.
Maintain adequate management MI / trackers across all aspects of their coverage and responsibility to ensure all issues and matters are tracked, followed, regularly assessed and reported on.
Propose control or process improvements, enhancements and implications where appropriate
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
