Manager, Business and Training Curriculum Development

Reports To

Head, Commercial and Business Operations

Role Purpose

This position will oversee the development and implementation of MAB Academy\'s training programs that meet industry standards and the needs of clients. The manager will cover the function of business development, training curriculum development and sales. Capable to work independently and also lead a team of trainers to achieve revenue target. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, sales, and training curriculum development, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees growth and development of training programs both new and existing programs for all training department \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops and implements training development strategies

  • Manages training delivery by MABA\'s trainer to align with Clients\' requirement/ standard
  • Develops and implements training programs that meet industry standards and client needs
Key Accountability
  • Lead and co-develop with the business units and external clients to design and develop customized training programs and to ensure that the training offered meets the specific needs of clients and helps them achieve their training goals.
  • Develop, implement, and drive training programs that meet industry standards and ensure that the training is accurate, effective, and engaging.
  • Develop and lead training strategies to identify new opportunities and achieve revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential growth areas
  • Drive new sales and customer acquisition
  • Manage and track performance of training programs both financially and effectiveness
  • Prepare and present budgets and potential revenue generation from potential customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend and develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability
  • Provide recommendations through performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement on training offerings and delivery, and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality and consistency of business and training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures and make necessary improvements
  • Ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations and have a strong understanding of aviation industry regulations and standards. To ensure that all training offered by MAB Academy complies with these regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and creativity
  • Provide guidance and coaching to business units to promote a continuous learning culture within department to improve knowledge and skills
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend collaboration with industry partners that enhance the company\'s business and training programs.
  • Conduct training should the customer\'s request for the training
Qualification & Experience
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Management or other related fields
  • 7-10 years working experience in the business development, sales, and training curriculum development, preferably in the aviation or education industry
