The products and services offered in: Working Capital Cash (Cash Management) Trade Finance and Services Foreign Exchange Merchant Responsibilities: To develop packages, specific standardized products and services offerings targeted at addressing full working capital management needs across all products within the SME banking and lower Commercial banking spaces. (for mass marketing) Propose, present and promote the best possible standardized solution(s) to fit customer needs. Manage the life cycle of product solution packages to keep up with the evolution of business needs and practices Work together with the Product Management and Marketing Team, to plan new packages To launch campaigns on new packages Act as the supported business segment\'s single point of contact for all TB product solution packages offered. Continually monitor customer requirements to ensure first opportunity to meet expectations and requirements Monitor the performance of all standardized product solution packages developed To provide updates to TB Head and Business Segment Heads to achieve established financial and other performance targets Deliver financial results with agreed budgets for all product solution packages Continually work together with TB Sales and Business Segments to identify opportunities with the existing customer base for cross sell and continued utilization and growth. Requirements: Degree or equivalent At least 5 - 7 years experience in portfolio management / partnership management Experience in business banking segment
