Prepare reports and materials required by meetings
Draft speeches, presentations, talking points, and correspondence as required
Arrange meetings and manage the President's calendar, ensuring priorities are addressed efficiently
Attend meetings with the President, take notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects initiated by the President's Office, helping to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
Assist the President in preparing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics, and help track progress against them
Drive cross-functional collaboration by engaging global, regional, and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely communication
Maintain project documentation and dashboards for visibility, accountability, and decision-making
Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues with recommended solutions
Provide regular project updates and executive summaries highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps
Conduct research, analysis, and prepare briefings to support executive decision-making
Coordinate travel arrangements for the President and provide on-site support during travel as required
Handles administrative matters within the President Office
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
5-8 years of experience in executive support and project management. Experience in the MLM industry is an advantage
Proven experience in coordinating high-level meetings, preparing executive materials, and managing complex calendars
Strong project management skills with the ability to track and follow through on strategic initiatives across functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting speeches, presentations, and professional correspondence
Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, professional, and impactful materials for executive-level audiences
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential matters
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, anticipate executive needs, and provide proactive support
Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to ad hoc changes or urgent requests while maintaining focus and efficiency
Flexibility to travel and provide on-site support during business trips and official engagements
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
