Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Manager to oversee two critical areas:

data analysis

and

SOP management & improvement

. This role will drive operational excellence by analyzing retail performance data, identifying trends, and ensuring continuous improvement in standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Data Analysis and SOP teams, providing direction and support. Analyze sales and operational data to generate insights and support business decision-making. Review, develop, and improve SOPs to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, merchandising, finance) to ensure SOPs are practical and aligned with business goals. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline retail operations. Drive change management and training programs related to new or revised SOPs. Stay updated on retail industry best practices and implement relevant improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar analytical tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.

Pay: RM8,272.90 - RM10,617.68 per month
