The Role Responsibilities

Usage Manager Role\xe2\x80\x99s & Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage strategic initiative to drive credit card usage/spend, which include:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaign for credit card usage
  • Manage relationship and create relevant offers with key partners
  • Take ownership of new digital initiatives across multiple stakeholders to bring customer\xe2\x80\x99s banking convenience, such as digital wallet enablement.
  • Work closely with Retail Analytics team to identify business opportunities and create more effective marketing strategies for better results.
  • Work closely with Partnership team to identify strategic partnership to support business growth.
  • Work closely with Brand & Marketing team to ensure marketing communication is effective.
Develop and grow 0% Instalment Business, which include:
  • Manage multiple acquiring vendors to grow the business.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaign to grow 0% Instalment booking.
  • Develop new business, such as onboarding new acquiring vendor.
Lead & manage credit cards related projects from competitor analysis to developing business requirements that brings seamless customer journey.
  • Develop Business Requirement documents
  • Prepare Regulatory documents and approval
  • Manage project end-to-end, including testing prior to customer launch

  • Awareness of the market landscape & understanding of the portfolio through data analysis
Business
  • Engage clients and drive spend through campaigns to achieve & exceed business/ financial targets
Processes
  • Responsible for ideation & execution of usage campaigns to drive incremental spend. Review campaign results, innovate and improvise to be above competitors.
People & Talent
  • Work with various stakeholders to ensure campaigns are well executed and campaign targets are met
Risk Management
  • Adherence to GPS, ensuring controls and measures are updated and put in place to minimise gaps.
Governance
  • Understanding of regulatory framework, requirements and expectations
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Finance, CABM, Legal & Compliance, PMO, Technology Team, Fraud Team, Operations Team, External Partners, Card Associations (Visa/ Mastercard), Group Retail Banking Team, Partnership & Alliances Team, CPBB Segment Team
Other Responsibilities
  • Embed Here for good and Group\xe2\x80\x99s brand and values in SCBMB ; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats);
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Academic qualification i.e. Degree in any discipline (preferably Banking & Finance), or
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Banking (preferably in Product Management/ Retail Banking)
