Manager, Cash Management Sales (johor Bahru)

Job Description


  • As a product partner role to support and guide our partners in Business Banking to cross sell cash management solutions to clients;
  • Responsible to drive deposits especially CASA to garner clients operating accounts comprising both MYR and FCY accounts;
  • Structure clients operating accounts with cash management services covering both collections and payment services;
  • Prospect for new to bank customers and deepen existing clients wallet to meet our objectives in driving NII and fee based income;
  • Clients presentation on cash solutions based on the initial findings of their operation needs;
  • Prepare proposal and structure cash solutions based on client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and their needs to streamline processes;
  • Build pipelines and achieve closures/mandated deals;
  • Conduct trainings to Relationship Managers and perform wallet sizing (when required) in the area of solution selling to clients;
  • Engage in task force or projects (if required) such as projects to improvise processes, product development, inter-department tasks etc.
  • Complete product forms & documents to on board clients;
  • Feedback any product requirements or market challenges to product team.
Qualifications
  • Candidate should have a Degree in Business and marketing/sales background
  • At least 4 years related working experience
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in client fronting and relationship management is an added advantage
