Job Responsibilities

Analyze and manage the accuracy and the completion of the cost estimates for tender submission
Manage the construction cost within the budget
Analyze risk areas to protect Company interest at all times and resolve all contractual matters
Ensure project account is finalized within the contract requirement
Able to tactically plan, adapt or develop new solutions to enhance the delivery of results through critical thinking
Build relationships with team members, sub-contractors, consultants, the client with a focus in negotiating and motivating them to action and manage stakeholders\' expectations
Takes lead in client & consultant negotiations
Gives advice for Subcon/supplier negotiation
