Governance Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Regulation / Policy required via gap analysis / survey. Follow-up with relevant stakeholders on the gap analysis / dispensation approvals on new / revised Group policies. Prepare the Executive Summary to be tabled in ERC once gap analysis completed. Prepare Country Addendum for tabling in ERC on revised / refresh Framework. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. To provide advice and assist to stakeholders related to credit risk regulation and policy. Coordinate for internal, external and regulator audit to ensure satisfactory results with no significant issue and timely follow-up of audit action points. Coordinate monthly CPBB Credit Risk Updates forum (jointly with BRM-QA) by setting of meeting, prepare and distribute meeting deck, present the updates and key issues in CPBB Credit Risk and preparing of minutes. Assurance Checks Perform monthly portfolio checks to ensure process / applications are approved in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements. Highlight to relevant Policy Managers/ respective stakeholders shall there is lapses in the process for review and mitigation plan. Perform manual sample checks based for BWC onboarding / additional limit applications to ensure process / applications are approved in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements. Highlight to relevant Policy Manager / Risk Approvers shall there is lapses in the process for review and mitigation plan. Review the check criteria for BWC manual sampling check quarterly with Policy Manager for effective review of the application decisions. Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) has been updated with the current process and filed. To undertake ad-hoc assurance checks as 2nd line as and when required to ensure new / revised processes and controls are in compliance with stipulated guidelines / requirements. Operation Risk Oversight over Credit operational risk management from an end-to-end basis based on CPBB Process Governance structure. Conduct Risk and Control Assessment to identify process identified areas requiring improve and as appropriate made necessary change. Work closely with process owners and risk owners to discuss and resolve operation gaps. Review on RRA activity i.e. update RIR templates on CST results and exceptions and obtain respective Process Owners Residual Risk ratings and comments. Review the ratings and comments if accepted or required to be challenged. Raised identified issues / risk events / GIA medium risk issues in M7, follow up and update Action Plans for closure.
