Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:To analyze data and internal operations flow to provide accurate commercial-related reports for internal and external useManage and ensure high quality of content / presentations / messaging issued to customers, including but not limited to SLA reports, Monthly Business Reviews, and othersTo look at internal systems and processes for the development of automation to capture data for daily consumption and analysis, for eg. tracking and reporting for SLA, rejection records, re-planed MAWBsAnalyze load factor to increase utilization rateRoute planning for new sectors exporting from JHB and PEN and etcDevelop a dashboard for monitoring and optimization of performance, including but not limited to Rejection rate, Load factor, Parcel profile and others.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgetsEnsure that project outcomes meet quality standards and align with business objectivesConduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholdersConduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvementSKILLS & REQUIREMENTSThese are minimum-requirement skills and a \xe2\x80\x98must-have\xe2\x80\x99 for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)Strong stakeholder managementCritical thinking to move with intent and urgencyProject management experience - preferable to have worked in an commercialMinimum 6+ years experience working in Commercial departmentIdeally experience in SEA regionPreferable to have worked in change managementCustomer focused mindsetExcellent data analytics, excel expertiseAt Teleport, we\xe2\x80\x99re all about creating a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels valued.
