Job Description

This job role leads the digital side of marketing for Tonton. Working alongside the Brand team, this role's primary task is to convert those strategies and execute them in the digital space. 1. Develop a complete digital communications and marketing strategy for the Tonton brand, incorporating the guidelines established by the Brand team in order to reach audiences that are not in easy reach of MPB's media portfolio. The main KPI is to drive awareness and subsequent conversions of the Tonton platform as we grow our subscriber base.2. Work in tandem with the Brand and Content Marketing teams (within Tonton as well as other channels/platforms) to ensure that all content marketing efforts that involve Tonton have a strong digital component. 3. Develop an always-on Social Media plan to communicate with our target audiences on a daily basis, covering Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter and other future avenues/platforms. Strategizing each social media's platform usage by leveraging their strengths and weaknesses, alongside a deep understanding of those platform's audiences4. Develop strategies on utilizing Google as a strategic partner through generating leads via search engine marketing / optimization and Youtube as a marketing platform. Working closely with RMG publishing team who manages the group's Youtube assets5. Develop strategies to utilize KOLs and other Influencers to engage with our audiences, utilizing celebrities closely tied to Media Prima.6. Ready to receive immediate feedback from our audiences by establishing listening tools and taking in their input directly from our owned channels. Interpreting these feedback into actionable plans to further improve Tonton7. To train and manage a team of digital engagement specialists to execute the above plans
