Job Summary:

• Lead all trade returns, goods destruction, product recall and other related activities of reverse logistics in Distribution Center (DC)
• Lead all SAP supports as reporting, Key Performance Indicator, Change Request, Stock take preparation and other related to SAP and cover all Destruction, Trade Return and other related activities of reverse logistics in Distribution Center (DC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the TRA team as to ensure effective operations in accordance with stipulated SOPs, deliverables and meeting the overall warehouse KPIs.
• Supervise and maintain discipline of all personnel under his charge as to follow the warehouse rules and regulations, materials handling guidelines, cold chain and other related procedures and guidelines.
• Account for all transactions for all trade returns, product recall and destruction activities under his charge are compliance with Good Storage Practice Standard (GSP) and other areas related to Occupational, Safety & Health Acts.
• Conduct regular meeting with all staff in planning, identifying, rectifying and resolving every problematic issue and provide training and guidance to his subordinates when necessary. Sets related objectives to achieve maximum productivity and optimum output and provide prompt feedback and possible solutions to DC Head.
• Check and process immediately all trade returns or other related receiving goods under this circumstance after performing documentation and physical check in accordance to the stipulated SOPs.
• Ensure the documentation and receiving processes and activities are practiced in accordance with the stipulated SOPs, and exercise highest security in discharging all goods in DC and its vicinity, reduce receiving and EDP errors and ensuring on time put away schedules.
• Work within budget on overtime, cost and expenses, resource planning, analyze activity and staff performance for improvement, project implementation if any.
• Responsible for effective operational procedures and have good liaison with other inbound and outbound activities in order to achieve highest service level to principals, internal and external customers.
• Ensure prompt and timely daily clearance of in-coming returns for timely receipt and put away of goods available for sales. To give direct supervision on all related trade returns and destruction processes, daily output and documentation to be executed accordingly meeting the required dateline.
• Investigate any disputes or discrepancies pertaining to documentation issue and to take appropriate action for rectification.
• In charge of accurate put away at strategic storage location for optimum placement and removal. To conduct regular spot check on each job to achieve accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and coordinate with the respective department managers or executives in charge for promptly clearance of return, damaged goods and destruction goods.
• General housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the workstation and overall warehouse in neat, clean and tidy condition as per 5S principles.
• Submit timely reporting as determined by DC Head.
• Report promptly to DC Head if there is any incident of indiscipline of staff and other matters that will affect the optimal performance of the warehouse operations, or any irregularity matters which is not in line with the SOPs that will affect the safety, health and environmental of the warehouse operations.
• Assist DC Head and/or Executive in his/her absence on overall warehouse operations and related matters.
• Be an effective executive, self-reliant and carry out duties under minimal supervision and undertake any duties and responsibilities that would be assigned by DC Head and/or the management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Healthcare / Pharmacy or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experiences working in related industry.
• Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Inventory controls and knowledge on impacts of inaccurate pick face. Able to ensure integrity of stocks is maintained and administered.
• Total quality of all operational duties to ensure accurate order picks and product receipts.
• Profit drivers of warehouse activities and how best to utilized available resources.
