We drive, develop, and communicate plans that enables our people to execute and embrace lasting transformation by empowering them to change their behaviour focusing on critical things that drive successful results.

As the Employee Experience Manager, you lead the end-to-end ideation and execution of the employee lifecycle for PwC employees. You will work with the Employee Experience team to ensure the PwC Experience strategy and value proposition is brought to life and be able to measure the impact that the strategy and its initiatives bring. This will happen through partnership with various stakeholders - within Human Capital (e.g. HR Business Partners) and outside of HC with our firm\xe2\x80\x99s partners, people committees etc\xe2\x80\xa6

Key accountabilities

  • Lead, review and coach the Employee Experience team so that an aligned PwC experience can be delivered in the firm throughout each phase of the employee lifecycle;
  • Ideate and drive the execution of our employee experience strategy through materials such as presentations and as advisor to other HR teams who work on people engagement;
  • Track and measure our employee experience strategy and initiatives against various metrics (e.g. engagement survey) and ensure we are delivering on our value proposition
  • Create compelling materials including messaging, presentations, and internal communications;
  • Stay current with employee experience trends in the market and within the PwC territory - often as a key representative / contact point for such matters in PwC in Malaysia;

  • More than 5 years work experience in relevant field
  • Ability to manage and build relationships with various level of stakeholders
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Process and detail oriented with ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on drive & execution
  • High performing self-starter, with proven ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance-output teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask
