Why does this job exist and why is it critical As an Employee Experience Team Lead, the role will be to lead and guide the Employee Experience team in developing positive employee experiences and creative employee engagement programs while ensuring smooth & timely execution of the employee activities. The lead will constantly be exploring exciting and new ways to always be ahead, as creating great and amazing employee experiences are very important! Job Accountability Lead and guide the Employee Experience team in developing positive and engaging experiences and activities. Developing new ways to plan, execute and coordinate employee engagement activities, either virtually, hybrid or physically & ensure all they are well implemented and aligned with the Company\'s direction. Developing frameworks and strategy for creating great employee experience especially in the areas of new hire onboarding, offboarding and end to end employee journey. Analysing event data to gather employee insights that can be very meaningful for improving engagement scores and maintaining the employee experience data dashboard. Work on improving the team\'s operational excellence and effectiveness. Suggest ways to improve through automation or digital transformation wherever possible. Guiding and coaching team members especially in the areas of health & wellness, new hire onboarding and overseeing interns. Job Requirements Total Work Experience: More than 10 years Total Relevant Experience:5 - 8 years in HR, Employee Engagement, customer experience, project management and/or event management. Must be a strong team player through co-operation, collaboration and coordination within team and with external stakeholders. Good event planning, event management & coordination skills. Having past event management experience will be an added advantage. Have strong interest in guiding and coaching team members. Excellent organization and time management skills a self-starter who can drive programs and results with minimal supervision. Some past experience of developing frameworks and strategic thinking. Experience in consulting may be an added advantage. Good writing & communication skills especially mass communications in English & Malay. Able to multi task, work well with others under tight time constraints with multiple priorities.
