engineering manager electricals:

Responsible for preliminary M & E design from conceptual drawings followed by detailed design, calculations and specifications.
Liaise with consultants to check and confer on the technical design and processes which meet project requirements.
Ensure consultant\'s submission of engineering drawings and calculations to the appropriate authority.
Execute periodical inspection on works at site as and when required.
Attended drawing clarifications, amendments to drawings and problems at site.
Management of tendering, procurement and contracting process on technical matters.
Assist in business development on technical matters and issues on business procurement strategy.
Conduct research on the latest industry technology from time to time.

Requirement:

Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of M&E experience in construction industry
Consultancy firm experience is added advantage
Sound knowledge of the technical operations and processes in the construction industry
Practical knowledge of project plan development and implementation
Knowledge of local business and government rules and regulations
