Job Responsibilities: Formulate and execute strategies to fortify company culture in line with organizational values and objectives. Develop and advocate programs aimed at augmenting employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. Assess and evaluate cultural initiatives, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing necessary adjustments. Spearhead and facilitate change management endeavors to ensure seamless transitions during organizational shifts and transformations. Develop comprehensive change management plans encompassing communication strategies, training initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts. Identify and address anticipated risks and obstacles associated with change initiatives. Devise and implement programs to elevate overall employee engagement and well-being. Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to gauge employee engagement levels and identify opportunities for enhancement. Collaborate with departmental managers to craft and execute action plans geared towards enhancing employee engagement. Create and implement strategies to nurture diversity and inclusion across the organization. Establish policies and initiatives fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment. Job Requirements: Minimum 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in human resources. Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and strong business acumen. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science, or equivalent.
