If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at usKey Responsibilities1) Review / prepare of Hong Leong Bank Groups regulatory reporting i.e Weekly /Monthly /Quarterly /Year end reporting, ensure compliance with BNMs reporting requirement

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of reporting via BNMs Kijangnet STATsmart portal on the stipulated frequencies
• Follow up on source dependencies from various stakeholders, close liaison and collating financial data from other departments / business units for the data required for submission
• Review and keep abreast of new BNM regulatory reporting guideline and communicate with other departments / business units for the new information require
• Assist to update the various SOPs and manuals pertaining to the above

2. Involve in preparation of PIDM annual submission to PIDM.

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of reporting
• Liaison and collating deposit data from other departments / IT / Branches require for PIDM annual audit and annual submission
• Involve in data validation of PIDM submission
• Assist to update the various SOPs and manuals pertaining to the above

3. Attend to ad-hoc queries and additional information required by BNM and PIDM pertaining to regulatory reporting matter4. Involved in all enhancement projects which is directly related to BNM and PIDM reporting framework5. Provide guidance to executive staff on work process and to be first level reviewer of reports prepared by executive staff.Education/Qualification
1) Degree in Accounting or Professional degree qualification (eg.
