Job Purpose:
Develop function/ modules and maintain performance tracking system to establish accuracy, continuity and availability of information. Support the definition and implementation of business/ Management Information System (MIS) projects within and across departments to improve services and decision making information to management and employees under Group Consumer Banking
Job Specification:

• Ability to design/ develop web based application and report generation using JAVA, My SQL, PHP, MS Excel or any other programming languages
• Strategic and analytical thinking with attention to detail and strong math aptitude
• Exposure to business process orientation will be an added advantage

/ Responsibilities:

• Developer for system modules and functions design in executing KPI & sales performance tracking via system/ digital tracking to support Consumer Banking business.
• Developer to produce, enhance and support existing reports and process by providing online/ digital platform as assigned by direct superior
• Coordinating system enhancement and supporting MIS processes to maintain its effectiveness.
• Monitoring KPI & performance for all positions digitally through system tracking
• Ensuring that all data uploaded into system are accurately translated into system and address/ rectify errors in the process.
• Coordinating with portfolio holders in data configuration & validation prior uploading into tracking system
• Prepare KPI data for select segment as assigned by direct supervisor - basic information, KPI template, target and achievement for the team/ portfolio under purview
• Collate, validate and tabulate performance details on monthly, quarterly and half yearly basis for the team/ portfolio under purview.
• Provide support and assistance on any queries from staff pertaining to KPI tracking system and other performance related measures.
• Able to design/ develop web based application using JAVA, PHP, MySQL or any other programming languages.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail and strong math aptitude.
• Ability to generate report on MySQL and MS Excel.
• Exposure to business process orientation is preferred

KPI Tracking System * Developer for system modules/ functions design in executing performance tracking via system/ digital tracking to support Consumer Banking business.

• Coordinating the enhancement and supporting MIS processes to maintain its effectiveness.
• Monitoring the KPI & performance for all positions via system tracking are published regularly for stakeholders perusal

KPI Data Loading * Develop/ maintain/ enhance module for KPI data uploading for performance tracking

• Ensuring that all data uploaded into system are accurately translated into system and address/ rectify the error in the process.
• Coordinating with portfolio holders in data validation prior to uploading into tracking system

KPI Template Configuration * Year-to-date (YTD) system maintenance of KPI tracking achievement inclusive of full year sign-off and confirmation template

• Work closely with portfolio holders in the configuration of KPI types based on positions given by respective business units.
• Upholding the user role access and template maintenance through staff listing for CSD & RED management
• Liaising with Group Human Resource (GHR), Consumer Business Planning & Analysis (CBPA) team and respective business units for the monthly staff listing.
• Maintaining maternity/ target waiver report listing for management and staff performance tracking.

KPI Performance Tracking * Prepare KPI data for select segment as assigned by direct superior - basic information, template used, target and achievement for the team/ portfolio under purview

• Collate, validate and tabulate performance details on monthly, quarterly and half yearly basis for the team/ portfolio under purview.
• Ensure that the data maintenance and information are available for KPI tracking tabulation
• Provide support and assistance on any queries from staff pertaining to KPI tracking and other performance measure

Digital Performance Reporting * Developer to produce, enhance and support existing reports and process by providing online/ digital platform as assigned by direct superior

• Create and maintain reports that allows department to get information efficiently by reducing manual extraction and time saving
• Develop reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner

Regulatory Compliance * Ensures all operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (eg BNM) and external auditors
